“Great potatoes. I have tried several times to slice potatoes very thin to make Hasselback potatoes, but could never slice them thin enough. These are perfect, very thin, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just as they should be! I did find that I cooked them 10 minutes longer than called for mainly because I like really crispy skins!”
