“I really wanted to love these but top part became too soft and gooey when thawed to room temperature and I could not pick them up without the whole thing falling apart on my fingers. Taste was good but the consistency was not good for buffet style dessert. If you can control the timing and serve chilled (not room temp), it's probably ok.”
“These were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately I am the only one in the household that seems to really love them, but as far as Key lime, they completely nailed the flavor. My Only hindrance is the tartness is almost to the point of bitter, then just tart and sweet”
