“The braised lamb shanks were a gift to an old friend and former farmer who raised lamb. I thought he might enjoy a taste of his past. He said he did. Was being kind, or telling me the truht? I suspect it was the truth. As a result, I am planning on gifting another with a pari of lamb shanks in the near future.”
“These are the best tasting Lamb Shanks I have had in a very long time. So tender and the sauce just made it a hit out of the field. I did them in the oven, along with Roasted Cauliflower Steaks and a some green salad. Of course there was a glass of good wine to top it all off. I will be ordering these Shanks again very soon.”
