These are the best tasting Lamb Shanks I have had in a very long time. So tender and the sauce just made it a hit out of the field. I did them in the oven, along with Roasted Cauliflower Steaks and a some green salad. Of course there was a glass of good wine to top it all off. I will be ordering these Shanks again very soon.

First time trying the Braised Lamb Shanks and the tast so different than the Rosemary, but pretty good.

Why does everyone use Australian lamb instead of American? Can't seem to find American lamb anywhere.

The lamb shanks we ordered served two people. They were easy to reheat and so yummy. My significant other has already said we should have them again next Christmas.

Excellent and highly recommend. Save yourself the time and just enjoy. I keep these in the freezer for holidays and special occasions. I am on repeat order.
