Oh, My, GOODNESS is bountiful in these beauties! The flavor is amazing and the ease of preparation is beyond compare - literally dump it in the pan and cook it to perfection! I add a little chicken broth to mine first and then you have a really generous amount of sauce. Portions are great. I now want to have these around all the time. Great value for what you get. I am hooked!

My family and I really enjoy these lamb shanks. They are easy to defrost in a bowl and then heat. I usually accompany them with basmati rice and roasted asparagus. It makes for a very easy meal which is very satisfying.

I served these for my mother-in-law's birthday dinner and they were absolutely delicious. The meat, quite literally, fell off the bones. The sauce was plentiful and tasty - full of mushroom pieces and a nice red wine flavor. Served alongside mashed potatoes and sauteed kale with garlic, these made for a memorable meal (and at a fraction of the price of going to a restaurant).
