“Easy, Peezy, delicious. I make a mean lamb shank and this is as good, actually, better. You got a blizzard coming? The night before, take one shank per person out of the freezer into the refrigerator for the next day. 30 minutes later you have a fine dining meal. Another tip, try IDAHOAN classic mashed potatoes with butter and cream. I was a critic if it wasn't scratch, it could not be good. Wrong. Once boiling, three minutes later, You have great tasting mashed potatoes and of course I had to add a couple tablespoons of butter like the title says Easy, Peezy comfort food. bring the snow on. You'll thank me later!!!”
“This is the first time eating a Lamb Shank. I make a curry loin chop recipe that I love over rice so/but I am happy with these. Great winter fare. I had one last night for dinner. It was enjoyable. Nothing to complain about as it was tender and flavorful. I love that Mackenzie takes great care in the packaging and presentation. Super!”
