“The Mini Beef Wellingtons are great, both as an appetizer when friends come over and as a addition to dinner. Sometimes my partner isn't home for dinner. Making four to six mini beef wellingtons and adding a salad make a good dinner with minimal mess. Once when we served them as an appetizer, our friend said that they were one of the best appetizers she had ever had.”

Our main course consisted of live Maine lobster, a Caesar salad and seafood paella.
But before the main event , the mini Beef Wellingtons took center stage; delighting everyone in the room. From the aroma coming out of the oven, to their perfectly tanned Filo dough presentation, these savory and delicious morsels were a BIG HIT.
They are on my “ must have” list for every future gathering.
