“Some previous reviewers commented that the beef was fatty or had gristle. We had none of that. The pieces were small, but it's a finger food! We were very pleased with it. Best reheated as a leftover in the oven after letting it sit room temp for 30 minutes. Not as good as a leftover - the beef was small so it tended to dry out.”
