“These tarts are so easy to heat and serve, and they look and taste amazing! The pastry is light and delicate, the mushroom flavor richly delicious. They work well as an appetizer or side dish, or you can serve a pair as light main course with a side salad. The only difficulty I find is reining in our appetite for them -every time I buy them, they disappear fast! (Note: Baking times may vary. My oven heats them in about 10-12 minutes. I'm not much of a chef, and basically I just take them out as soon as the crust edges are slightly brown, which seems to be perfect and keeps the filling from overcooking.)”
