“This is my go-to entree for luncheon parties--its easy, fast to prepare and, most importantly, the flavor is sublime. Everyone always asks where I got these so I'm spreading the word. Since these keep well in the freezer they work for last minute visitors. I'm a vegetarian so I appreciate a dish that non-vegetarians will not notice the absence of meat. Add a salad and you have a great meal. While the tarts look small, they are substantial.”
