“This cake was delicious. It was very, very rich. As I was the only one eating it, I sliced it into eight pieces and froze 6 of them individually. Sometimes I was in too much of a hurray to eat a frozen piece to allow it to thaw. It was almost just as good frozen!!”
“I bought this cake for my friend's 70th Birthday on June 29th. She was so delighted with it! It reminded us both of our childhoods and I think that tickled her.
She was very impressed by the excellent condition of the cake when it arrived at her house in Colorado, where they've been getting temps in the 90s and low 100s. She said it had been so carefully packed--the dry ice was still frozen and so was the cake.
She said that she and her husband decided to thaw it out right away and chow down. She reported to me that it was absolutely delicious and that she loved it!
