“The outer shipping box was intact but the cake box was totally destroyed. Needless to say the cake layers were not intact and, to be honest, if I had not purchased from you before and been very please this would have been the last time I would use your services.”
“Your products all LOOK BEAUTIFUL but they taste just 'ok' and so not worth the cost. I make much better tasting desserts even though they are not so pretty; at least the get ate. We threw away half a cake and many cookies.”
