“The gingerbread house was beautiful but it arrived with the polar bear broken & when I tried to glue it back on it just fell apart. A lot of the white piping decoration fell off in the first few days leaving it bare. That may have been because of the dry weather here in Nevada, but still too bad. I would have liked our name on the house to be larger. I thought it was too small for the size of the house. Again the house was beautiful and overall well-made. It’s just too bad there were broken pieces & piping issues.”
“The Gingerbread House is beautiful, and the personalization is a nice touch, even though pretty pricey. It comes all wrapped up in celophane, so it should be fresh. It was delivered on Friday, displayed on Saturday, and we tried a few bites on Sunday. It was hard as a rock and not tasty at all.”

One of the items (cottage) was slightly damaged in shipping, although it seemed well-packed. The Estate is magnificent, and the Cottage, Sleigh and Ornaments are all very nice.
