“I LOVE the plain croissants and am rationing them out now so I can save some for my Xmas dinner. It is so convenient to bake just one or two for a special treat and have the others stay fresh until later. They are nice and buttery, but not too much to overwhelm the lovely, bread taste. They are tender, and have a flaky crust and delicious with any topping- or no topping.
