“We truly enjoy your products but have had problems with a couple more recent orders which came completely thawed out simply because there was insufficient dry ice. You did provide replacements, but for your sake and ours, please make sure the products are frozen when delivered!!”
“I received my croissants in one bag, packaged badly. After 20 minutes defrost I still couldn't separate them. So most were torn and not whole croissants. My intention was to have one or two at a time. What I did separate, I rolled 2 in wax paper, folded in half, and twisted the end so I could have 2 at a time. Maybe 3-4 out of entire order were nice looking croissants.”
“We've ordered the plain croissants twice now, and absolutely love them! While we like them warm out of the oven, we also bake them hours ahead for a "sandwich snack" later in the day. Once they've cooled and "sat" for a while, they're easier to cut and enjoyed as a small sandwich.”
