PLUS it's so easy to cook!!! No skillet, no frying, no mess and it's perfectly seasoned, tender and crisp! I also made the Mushroom Medley, as suggested, and we had the best Jaegerschnitzel I've ever had. It was one of the easiest meals ever. Delicious.
