“I'm ethnically Hungarian and have eaten various types of schnitzel my whole life (including massive pieces of schnitzel in Budapest). This comes surprisingly close to some of my favorite schnitzels! If love having these in my freezer so that I can make a quick dinner; I often pair them with MacKenzie's twice-based potatoes and some red cabbage. After the schnitzel comes out of the oven, I blot them with a paper towel and give them a quick fry in a cast iron pan over medium heat. Delicious!”
