“My mother had surgery and I had ordered the soup sampler and was informed there was a delay in the shipping process and the soup would no longer be good. They shipped a second order overnight and my mother received it early the next day. She commented on how delicious the soups were and how unique this gift idea was to her. Most people when doing meal delivery, are choosing high fat, carb, etc foods and this soup option was something lighter and easier for her to prepare. I was very impressed with their proactive customer service outreach and process.”
