When I contact your helpline line, rude reply, answered with Thanks for buying, no instructions sent,also came in a box that fell apart as I tried to take out of foam container. In five years of buying several times a year, and then being treated so rudely, I will rethink any further orders. Had to throw out dry, tasteless pork roast.”
