My husband lives ves this I don't. The texture is pasty/ gummy. The recommended heating if 375 for 69-75 minutes is too hot. I'd recommend 350 for 45 minutes otherwise the eggs get tough.

We enjoy it for breakfast and for dinner. Bake it ahead of time, cut into serving size pieces and just nuke it for a few seconds for a quick and delicious meal. YUM!
