Delish and so easy to prepare. We just take straight from freezer and defrost in microwave and voila you have a quick breakfast. Used them through the holidays and everyone enjoyed, as they taste like you spent all morning making a gourmet healthy meal.

Delightful! However, I kept them in the oven for 30 minutes instead of the 10-12 minutes recommended so the tops were slightly browned and the soufflés were firm.

Very tasty, light as a souffle should be. Perfect size for a side dish.
