Small but tasty.

As noted in several of the reviews - the cooking time is significantly misleading. Mine took an additional hour and a half in an electric roaster at 350 degrees. It didn't make it to the table but was tasted by some when it finally reached a safe temp. In addition, it did not hold its shape as shown unless the cut was an inch to an inch and a half. The rice was not fully cooked - had a crunchy texture and the few who attempted to enjoy found the flavor odd. For those wanting to say they've eaten Turducken, they now say ate and would pass. Extremely expensive disappointment.

Perfect, east to prepare and serve. Not your regular everyday meal. Yum!

The Turdunkan roast was dry. The duck part of it was tasty. But we were not a fan of the rest of it. Sorry

I've ordered Turducken for several Thanksgivings--first several times, both taste and assembly were great; but the third year, the whole thing exploded with a 'pop' as soon as I cut into it, so had to serve a platter full of shattered pieces of (admittedly great-tasting) Turducken. This year, the Turducken, though it did not explode, fell apart at the very first slice, again resulting in a platter full of (tasty) shards (I did let it sit for 15-20 minutes after baking, as directed). Are you doing something different, Mackenzie's???

Needed more flavor. Make sure to wrap foil tightly during the initial heating as it has a tendency to be dry.

Very good and moist turducken with a great wild rice stuffing
