Perfect, east to prepare and serve. Not your regular everyday meal. Yum!

The Turdunkan roast was dry. The duck part of it was tasty. But we were not a fan of the rest of it. Sorry

I've ordered Turducken for several Thanksgivings--first several times, both taste and assembly were great; but the third year, the whole thing exploded with a 'pop' as soon as I cut into it, so had to serve a platter full of shattered pieces of (admittedly great-tasting) Turducken. This year, the Turducken, though it did not explode, fell apart at the very first slice, again resulting in a platter full of (tasty) shards (I did let it sit for 15-20 minutes after baking, as directed). Are you doing something different, Mackenzie's???

Needed more flavor. Make sure to wrap foil tightly during the initial heating as it has a tendency to be dry.

The turducken was a hit at our dinner we could have used the larger size one. Everyone commented how delicious it was. I'm looking forward to purchasing another one when I see them I. The McKenzie catalog
