“On TV, in books, I've heard about Turducken for years. Finally decided to try it. What a fantastic experience. the perfect flavor mixes. A culinary triumph. The rice stuffing was very tasty. The duck was gone before the leftover stage. For my family, we would have liked to see a more cohesive slice, it did come apart when it was sliced. We dug in anyway with spoons, to not miss any of the great taste. All mouths agreed: wonderful!”
