The Turkey En Croute was good, the curst browned up nicely. I had difficulty cutting it into nice servings.

Turkey was tender and stuffing was quite flavorful, however the dough was too thick and heavy. It was also very dry.

Not super impressed! Was a little disappointed that the meat was very dry! Will NOT buy again.

I will never make a Turkey dinner from scratch again. This was amazing, made my whole family happy and will be a permanent holiday favorite in our house.

Having read other reviews, I knew to defrost this item for the full 24 hr required time. The pastry felt a bit wet on the bottom at that point. I placed it on parchment paper and cooked for 70 mins, checking to see it was 165 on the thermometer. After letting it rest, I cut in to find the ends still a bit underdone. The turkey does not extend to the ends, obviously, and I would call this a generous four serving roll. Each end must be discarded, or eaten as "bread". The taste of the stuffing is delicious. I am not a fan of regular cornbread stuffing, but this did not taste like that. It had pleasing fruity notes. The turkey was thick and needed to be cut with a knife, but was tasty, with a roasted turkey flavor. The pastry itself obviously serves the need to bind the interior together, but is forgettable. We paired the roll with our own gravy and cranberry sauce. Hubby gives this a "highly recommend, buy anytime" five stars, but I feel that for the price, size, and having to provide our own gravy, four stars is correct. (Would appreciate reheating instructions also. We had half the roll leftover, and I fear microwaving will toughen the pastry)

Wonderful entree, everyone loved it. Very moist and tender on the inside with the cruspy flaky pastry crust on the outside. Came packaged in a cooler chest still frozen ready to stuff it in the freezer to await Christmas eve when we took it out to thaw for Christmas day dinner.
