“The Turkey En Croute was excellent! It made a beautiful presentation as the pastry puffed up and browned beautifully. The only problem for me was that when I cut into it, the inside of the pastry was not fully cooked so I put it back in the oven for a while. (But the problem may have been my oven not being calibrated properly. I just don't know.) But the pastry, dressing and cranberries were delicious. I just wish there had been a little more turkey.”
“We really enjoyed the Turkey En Croute. We made it for Thanksgiving and it served 4. We did have some leftovers but I would recommend figuring on 4 servings due to the amount of the turkey meat inside (not quite enough for 6 nice slices.) The stuffing and pastry was very good.”
