“I was wary of shipping Ice cream but being that it's Mackenzie I had hopes. The dry Ice was pretty much gone and the ice cream was so melted that some were leaking slightly. No worries, I put it into the freezer and it refreezed....well that just made it icy and hard and full of crystals and not great tasting or mouth feel or texture. Save your money and frustration and just buy ice cream locally. I hope these are sold in stores but dont buy if it's shipped.”
“The vanilla ice cream is a very nice creamy texture with good flavor. The chocolate was ok, but I don't think puppy chow is the best mix in texture. The coffee ice cream was too strong for us and the chocolate bits too bitter. The bits gave it a gritty coffee ground texture and flavor. I love coffee ice cream, but this blend was more for coffee lovers. The ice cream was very hard, so we had to put into the microwave to get it out. The texture did not suffer by doing that a few times.”
“I bought this gift for my daughter's birthday. She told me the ice cream was still firmly frozen when it arrived. They enjoyed all four flavors. I would recommend this and would buy it again to send for any special occasion to family and friends.”
