These are elegant-looling and what's more, they're really tasty. Unfortunately they are delivered in a styrofoam container, and garbage companies where I live won't take styrofoam.

The veggies are stacked pleasingly, but if you follow the instructions, they're way too soft. Cook for half the time indicated and they'll be almost crunchy. If you like your veggies soft and mushy, you'll cook as indicated.

My husband and I love vegetables and we've talked about the Napoleons every time we look at the catalog..so I ordered them for his birthday. The flavor was wonderful, the combination of eggplant, tomato, onion was delicious ...we loved them!
