“It might well be user error, but the zucchini never cooked through. The vegetables slid over each other until they fell down. There was little taste. It might have been better for there to be cheese between the layers to bind and hold the stacks. Perhaps roasted red pepper for flavor instead of tomato. The idea is very clever and attractive.”
