The water reel developed a internal leak, and as of yet I haven't pulled it apart to see what the problem is.
I went on line to see what was available and couldn't believe it when I saw the word Retracta. I clicked on the 60' model and within a minute or two I was chatting with Miguel. Congratulations to MacNaught for excellent customer service, which is almost obsolete these days. If you're in the market for a HOSE REEL, look no farther, this has to be the best hose reel on the market today. 5 Star+ rating for both customer service and products”

“I wanted to send this note of appreciation of my Macnaught Retracta Water Hose Reel and their customer service. I purchased this hose reel 17 years ago. It is mounted inside my garage on the back side of the wall between two garage doors. I swivel it 90 degrees to use the hose in the driveway to wash my cars. I have not had one minute of trouble with it until today. I noticed a small water drip coming from inside the reel assembly. I surmised that the fix would be easy but I could not figure out how to open the reel casing.
I got online to macnaughtusa.com and within minutes was conversing with a human. I was chatting with Mike P. I explained that I could not find a model number on my unit and it was 17 years old. He asked a few questions and then sent me a link to the correct Owners Manual. The instructions were very good and I was able to fix the leak with two new O rings. I give 5 out of 5 stars to Macnaught for their quality products AND customer Service.”
