“Well constructed, easy install, powerful retraction needs to be respected. Box needs additional support in sidewall to stop product breakthrough as seen on arrival ( no damage sustained). Need a couple years to rate fairly but for now am happy not to crank in the hose any more.”

“Okay, so you pay a little more than other brands but this reel will hold up much longer. I am making a base for this reel using 4x4 cuts and some other lumber. Will paint it up then hook it up….. can’t wait. The days of manual reeling are over. I am pleased to have made this purchase.
Oh, so I looked at all kinds of hose reels and found reviews going up and down. This reel system found its way to the top of my list so I bought it.

“Easy install, hose feels flexile so easy to work with, I love the hose is serviceable and of course the warranty, Price is crazy gooood. I paid for Gardena hose 180 and you cant even compare the quality.
Cons: I use it in Arizona so I had to make my own cover for the set up against the Sun. Considering the product is from Australia the company should offer covers for the set up like other brands in Australia do. (Im an Australian living in the USA)”
