“I bought a Macnaught reel about 15 years ago. Never had a defect. Its outside 1/2 sun. Now that one lost it spring and I was going for an other round with the company, knowing that it was good quality. This one had some kinks, where it was not locking when the klick sound was heard. I thought it might to brake in, but after 2 weeks, it wasn't and I called in if there is an adjustment function hidden somewhere. They said there is none, it should work perfect from day one and they sent me a new one, which is working perfectly from the first try. “I have an acre and pushing 70 with garden spaces, I need to work smarter and these are perfect. They are a great length, the hoses do not kink, they are lightweight but great quality. They wind up with little effort and you can manage then to rewind correctly. All the things I had a bit of reserve about turned out to be better than expected. I now have 2 and plan on one or two more. I will never wind another hose or use any other type of hose reel again--and I have tried all of them out there--These are perfect. My shoulders thank you.

“Never owned a hose reel prior to this one however it seems very well built given it is all heavy duty plastic as you would expect due to the possibilities of rust.
The few times I pulled the hose out it does reflect quality, no leaks, rewinds nicely and even the sound of it exudes a quality item.
