Hose reel retraction worked smoothly and it was easy to deploy the hose to the length I wanted. Hanging the reel on my garage wall was was easy. Looks very sleek.”

The few times I pulled the hose out it does reflect quality, no leaks, rewinds nicely and even the sound of it exudes a quality item.
