“The equipment immediately broke down after I got it. The dealer (mackanaugh) service was horrible as they wouldn't answer the phone. When I finally did get them I was so frustrated I told them all I wanted to do by that point was return it. They gave me and address to return it and that's what I did. The return cost me $167.00. What a shame.”

“I picked this hose reel because It was the same as the one that I was replacing, however all the parts changed from metal to plastic. The old one held up for at least 10 years, this one I have my doubts. Sitting outside in the sun all day.”
