“The hose reel arrived on time, it appears to be constructed well, and was easy to install. I purchased this garden hose reel as it came with a 10 year warranty. I will be storing it during winter months and just hope the UV protection helps to diminish weathering. The retrieve generated by the spring seems to be the strongest of all the hose reels I've owned. Be careful to read instructions, they want you to walk the hose back on the retrieve and not just let it go, damage to the reel or personal injury may happen do to the velocity of the retrieve imho.”
“The equipment immediately broke down after I got it. The dealer (mackanaugh) service was horrible as they wouldn't answer the phone. When I finally did get them I was so frustrated I told them all I wanted to do by that point was return it. They gave me and address to return it and that's what I did. The return cost me $167.00. What a shame.”
