“Construction and engineering appear to be spot on. I purchased the 82' reel. Everything works as described. I have found that if I try to retract the total length of hose without very careful feeding it can bind. But it tends to rewind much easier and with no binding or bunch up if I turn off the water and open the spray nozzle to bleed the water weight/bulk from the 82' hose. The shorter 60' hose is probably easier to handle. This is by no means a deal breaker. It's a great unit and I am buying another 82' reel as soon as they come back into stock.”
