I am not a fan of overpowering lavender based sprays and this spray is perfect to help ease me into a calmer state and then a deeper sleep. I used this in hospital and it really did assist me to relax and get a better sleep. All the nurses noted the wonderful scent of this and the Calm spray and all wanted to know where I found it! The nurses. All loved coming into my room because of the scent and I like to think it helped them as well as they always looked forward to coming in and there was a lovely sense of calm and positivity that you don’t always get on a busy surgical ward.
