“I ordered two packages for two different people. One arrived at an address that had a forward. I received a message that it was too late to forward the package. I was told the package could be resent if I paid over 8 dollars plus tax for shipping or I could get my money back minus the amount for shipping. When I ordered, it said shipping was free. I can understand paying for reshipment, but why would I not be reimbursed for the total amount if I decided to cancel?”
