“Hi Donna, I'm so sorry to hear about this issue. I have never had this happen before. I will remake them for you this weekend and send them out early next week. They may look slightly different due to the handmade nature of making these but I will make sure they are wrapped up much better to ensure this doesn't happen again. Cheers Lou”

“Please note the tissue wrap was not effective padding and the earrings were squashed such that the decorative discs keep falling off the earring finings because the jump rings are distorted and open.”
