“Dear Sir/Madam: We did receive the placed order. A few Macarons, came in broken and crumbling. That was disappointing. So presentation to customers is somewhat disturbing, as we all know, presentation is key! On another note, for a frozen product, to travel, packaging is not sufficient to take on the travel in terms of temperature and "The bumpy road ahead". Tasting and flavour are great and that is very important. Additional 3 packaging for carry out, is well thought, however there is no mentioning of such as a way to have these items for those customers wishing to take macarons home. Sincerely, Arthur Rand”
