“The delivery was fast. The puzzle is just great!!! It was great fun to put it together. The quality is very good and the colours are bright. I looked at it for a few days and then took it apart again. It's a shame to put it together just once. I will buy more motifs.”
“I love the motif of the yin-yang and black and white are also exactly my colours. It is not my first XL puzzle from Magic Holz and therefore I had a certain idea.
Some of the white pieces have a yellowish discolouration, it gives the impression of being a bit dirty. Also on a handful of very filigree pieces a spike has flaked off. (I received great support from the team on my first complaint, however, and was immediately delivered a new puzzle, which I also rate here).
I also miss unique puzzle pieces, sure there are some already included, but I would have liked more special ones.
Also, but this has nothing to do with the quality and exclusivity, it's heavy - really heavy, challanging!!! This will be my first puzzle that I make once and then immortalise with glue :-)
I will buy a puzzle from you again though! It's incredibly fun !”
