“The image was printed a lot smaller than submitted leaving a big white boarder all around the edges. I contacted customer service and they are going to determine what happed even though I submitted a picture of the magnetic sign. They responded that it would take up to 3 days to get back to me regarding this although I already told them my client is not happy.”
