“Magnets had black borders around the outside, as if the artwork didn't fit the magnet size. There were black streaks across all of the magnets as if there was an issue with the printer. The print quality was very poor. The text and the QR code were very blurry, to the point where the logo in the center of the QR code was unrecognizable, and the QR code could not be scanned due to the blurry print quality. The artwork was high res, and sized specifically for the magnet size listed on the website, so there is no reason why the quality should be so low, and the magnets not fit the artwork to cause a black border.”

“The logo on the magnet was printed very light. Im sure the picture I sent was a little pixilated, but you would think someone would take a look and maybe contact me? They are ok, but ill be ordering from someone local next time.”
