“The magnets were incorrectly printed with letters cut off on the ends. A reprint to correct the error was sent with the same issue. New artwork was created by the Art dept to rectify the situation, but was corrupted. Instead of correcting the issue, my money was refunded. I was told that I could do everything all over again. Very disappointed.”
