“The order was not executed accordingly. My magnets came out with a misspelled word, so it was not consistent to what was created/submitted at the time of the order. After several back and forth emails; 2 of which told me that my issue would be dealt with in 1-3 business days. I decided to call and sit on hold until I got someone named Monica who helped me to get this issue fixed immediately. Thank you Monica! Evidently the production department had not looked into the problem yet, which was 5 days after my initial correspondence explaining the nature of the problem. Needless to say, I ordered magnets from another company who expedited my order and got it to me in 3 days without any mistakes. Still have not received the correction magnets but did receive an email stating that the package is on its way. Please work on your quality control and response time to effectively provide the customer with a solution. I shouldn’t be checking up to see if my issue was addressed only to find that it was overlooked. Thank you.”
