“Print quality is low and fuzzy/granulated. When using the design tool it states that any part of the image outside of the colored rectangle would be cut off. I made my design as big as possible without extending outside of the printable area…my finished product has a large white border around the edge making the image smaller than desired. The design tool does not make this clear. In addition, I paid extra to have this produced and shipped quickly. It shipped next day but the shipping method selected took nearly a month to arrive.”
