“Well, I submitted high resolution images for our signs and was asked to provide lower resolution PDFs instead. In the end, we got low resolution printing on the magnets and while they work, they're not even as crisp as if I'd printed the PDFs out on my plotter. So I was disappointed with the quality, but the price was reasonable and they got to us reasonably quickly. Your customer support staff was also very helpful and nice to work with - though your art department wasn't much to talk to...just being honest. Anyway, the magnets are just OK, but my interaction with your staff was good, the price was good, and the delivery was quick. All told, that averages out to about three stars.”
