“I ordered a sample, ad weeks later hadn't received it. I sent an email to customer service. I never received a response, only a tracking number, the next day that said my sample had already been delivered days earlier. I never received the sample, there was no follow up of any kind from customer serive. Very disappointed. They took my money and didn't deliver.”
