“Makari has the worst customer service of all the official sites that I have encountered so far. This brand claims to have a customer service number, but that is a lie. I have been calling that number and no one picked up my calls or return my calls. I also emailed them and still waiting for their reply. Moreover, Makari makes their customers pay for the delivery when they do not always deliver the items. If you want to be a reliable brand, it is not enough to make good products but also have excellent customer service. Do not make people spend a significant amount of money on your products if you are not even capable of efficiently deliver your items.”
“I don't even know the reason why they have a customer service number. I called several times to make enquiries about which product to BUY but they never pick up, neither do they return calls and messages. So I finally decided to buy this lotion & d serum and waited several days to get it delivered after paying for shipping o. So my order finally came through and was dropped outside my door despite I putting a note that I don't want it delivered at my door.....so this package got stolen and I contacted UPS but they said they only deal with the sender which is the seller. But after few days... UPS said MAKARI haven't replied their email. Please what kind of company does that??????. This is really bad and disappointing. I am gonna have to file a claim with my bank and dispute the order.”
