“I have always loved Makari products and with this particular range, I found that my skin was at least 3 shades lighter in less than two weeks which was great! It was really even too. However, it dried my skin out so much that my skin became so so so tight I could not bend or stretch due to the sensation of tearing! I actually experienced some tearing on my butt crack! (it was red and sore!) I started using the cream once a week and used a different exfoliating soap and a lot of emolient in tandem with the makari lotion (By the way, I've never had dry skin). What I also noticed was that it had burned my skin, I developed very pale almost white spots on the shins of my legs as well as my upper back. It is such a pity that I have this problem with makari. A couple of friends also reported similar problems, so I know it's not due to my skin type at all, it has been made too strong. It needs to b milder or users of this product will suffer irreparable damage to their skin like I have. Now using Fair and Flawless to repair that damage.”
