“they came unsealed and spilled all over in the package. i know these are only just free samples but why they have to be so tiny! after all makari is really expensive and no harm in giving back to the customers to show appreciation. on top of that all no one who hasnt use product b efore could really tell if they work with them being so small. just one use.....”
“I ordered 2 sample which is supposed to contain milk and serum to try on my face and I paid £27.49 just for the p&p and I received only milk. It's really upsetting expecially when the serum is what I am really looking forward to try. If I don't try it am not paying a fortune to buy it.”
