One question I need from Makari is; do you guys really care about some of your customers that your product have damaged their skin even though they followed your advise? I've never had acne my entire life, but after using your Duopack Premium+, I had acne all over my face leaving terrible dark spots all over my face. I called your customer service, I was advised on the products to use. I did and all I see is more acne. I have been a faithful customer and when I got the body products, It was fantastic and I wrote several reviews on them. Tried several face products just like I was advised but I have more and more acne. At first, it was okay but now, I can't even leave home without makeup. I feel betrayed though.”
